James C. Adams, 75, of Louisville, passed away Monday at his residence. He was a member of Jeffersontown Masonic Lodge #774 and the Scottish Rite. Survivors include his wife, the former Mary Clark; daughters, Mary Ann O'Brien and Linda Page; sisters, Mabel Tingle, Judy Skipper and Martha McKinney; brothers, John Adams and Dorse Adams Jr.; four grandchildren; and two great-grand-children. The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Arch L. Heady & Son Hikes Point Home, with burial in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or Hospice & Palliative Care of Louisville.
