Oscar E. Stout was born in 1858. He was about 82 yrs when he died in 1940 nine years before his wife Lillian. Oscar was the son of Malinda Charlotte Youtsey Stout (1829-1873), and Ephrim Stout (1819-1887). He was the husband of Lillian V Stout (1865-1949). Daughters Daisy, Mabel, Bessie and, Evelyn. Niece Ethel Clampit. Oscar is buried along side his wife Lillian in Riverside Cemetery, Denver, Colorado.
