Flora Collins Bryant, 90, a resident of Fair Oaks Health Care Systems in Jamestown, Kentucky, formerly of the Ozark Community in Adair County, passed away Friday, May 30, 2003, at 11:10 p.m., at Fair Oaks.
The funeral will be Monday, June 2, 2003, at 11:00 a.m. at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home in Columbia with Bro. Gary Morris officiating.
Mrs. Bryant was the daughter of the late William Thomas and Ella Bryant Collins and the widow of Marvin Thomas "Red" Bryant, who died April 5, 1976.
She is survived by the following:
• One daughter, Imogene Bryant, Columbia, Kentucky
• One son, William O. Bryant and his wife Ruth Ann, Memphis, Indiana
• Two sisters, Maxine Bryant, Columbia, Kentucky; and Letha Sullivan of Indiana
• Five grandchildren, four great grandchildren, two step great grandchildren, one step great great grandchild, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Mrs. Bryant was a member of the Shiloh Christian Church and a homemaker.
Interment will be in Freedom Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 12:30 p.m., Sunday, June 1, 2003, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.
