A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 19, at Hanes Lineberry, Sedgefield Chapel. Burial will follow in Guilford Memorial Park.
Louise was a charter member of Clifton Road Baptist Church. She retired from Lorillard after 25 years of service.
Louise was preceded in death by her husband of 28 years, Floyd Ray Kirkman and her parents, Eva Mae Barts and Millard Fillmore Barts.
She is survived by her son, Larry Fillmore Kirkman and wife, LaDora; daughter, Nancy Gail Kirkman Shore; three grandchildren; three great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
The family will receive friends from 1 until 1:45 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
