Peter Dorsey Waters of 912 South Elm, died Saturday morning Aug. 30, 1980 in Campbell Memorial Hospital following a brief illness. He was born January 3, 1895 in Weatherford and lived his entire life in Parker County. He was a retired rancher, attended the South Main Church of Christ and a member of Knights of Pythias Lone Star Lodge No.4.
Surviving him are his wife, Mrs. Fannie Lee Waters of Weatherford; two sons, Billy F. Waters of Fort Worth, B. J. Waters of Arlington; two sisters, Mrs Zenna Wigington of Weatherford, Mrs. Lota Pitchford of Weatherford; one brother, Ben Waters of Weatherford.
Funeral services are to be conducted at 2:30pm Sunday, August 31, 1980 in Cotton-Bratton Funeral Chapel. Burial is to be in the Oakland Cemetery of Weatherford. Cotten-Bratton Funeral Chapel is in charge of all arrangements.
