Levin "Buddy" Huffman was born in Virginia. He served in the military until his honorable discharge where he moved to Delaware. He was a motel and gas station owner by trade until his retirement. He moved to Quitman, GA in 2006 where he lived with his son and daughter-in-law until he passed after a lengthy battle with cancer. He was laid to rest at St. Stephen's Cemetery in Delmar, Delaware.
