Hazel M. Leinbach, 49, Dies. Funeral services will be held in the Evenson Chapel at 2 p.m. Saturday for Mrs. Hazel M. Leinbach, 49, who died at the Community Hospital Wednesday. Rev. Silas Erickson will officiate and burial will be in the IOOF cemetery.
Hazel Miller was born March 13, 1916 in Ellensburg, attending schools at Thorp and was married Sept. 30, 1934 to Otha B. Leinbach, who preceded her in death in 1951. She made her home at 605 E. Second Ave., and was head cook at the Ellensburg General Hospital from 1952 until it closed, and since then at the new Community Hospital.
Survivors include two sons, Earle of Seattle and Charles Leinbach of Ellensburg; two daughters, Mrs. Charlotte Guy of Walker AFB, N.M., and Miss Eleanor Leinbach of Enumclaw, and three grandchildren.
Also surviving are three brothers, Laurence Miller of Seattle, Ralph Miller of Kennewick and Donald Miller of Manchester, Wash.; three sisters, Mrs. Grace Brueske, Othello, Miss Esther Miller, Seattle and Mrs. Florence Hayslip, Kailua, Oahu, Hawaii.
