Mrs. Emma G. Masters 68, of Pyrmont, widow of William Masten, died at 11:45 o'clock Wednesday noon at the Home hospital, where she had been a patient two weeks. She had been in failing health two years. The body was removed to the Baker funeral home in Dayton.

Born In Perry township, June 16, 1867, she was a daughter of Daniel and Sarah (Ely) Buck. She married Mr. Masters on November 3, 1891. He died two years ago.

Mrs. Masters lived in Perry township until she moved to Pyrmont 12 years ago. She was active in the Pyrmont United Brethren church.

Survivors are three brothers and two sisters: John Buck, of Cincinnati, Caleb Buck, of Geetingsville, Charles Buck, of Buck Creek,
Mrs. Mary Behring, of Lafayette route 4, and Mrs. Maude Yost, of Lafayette.

Funeral services were conducted Friday afternoon at 2:10 o'doek from the Pyrmont United Brethren church. The Rev. Floyd Wilson of Grass Creek officiated with burial in Monitor cemetery.
