Christine Hogan, 97, died Wednesday, March 13, 2002, at Hays Good Samaritan Center, where she had been a resident since 1994. She was born Jan. 11, 1905, in Catherine to Leonard and Ida (Walter) Leikam.

She married Harry Hogan on Nov. 26, 1953, in Milwaukee, Wis. He preceded her in death. She was a nurse and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.

Survivors include nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Frank X. Grinko officiating; burial in St. Joseph Cemetery. A parish vigil will be at 7 p.m. Friday at Brock's North Hill Chapel, 2509 Vine. Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday and from 8:30 to 9:45 a.m. Saturday at the mortuary. Memorials are suggested for Masses.
