Richard J. Reisterer, 66, died Friday at his home in south Concordia.

He was born Feb. 18, 1890, in Johnson County, a son of Richard F. and Lizzie Kappelman Reisterer. He was married to Anges Welch on June 8, 1912, and they lived all their married life in Johnson County. He was a member of the Lutheran church and attended parochial schools. He was a county highway employee at the time of his death.

He is survived by: his wife, of the home: two sons, John and Harold, Concordia; two daughters, Mrs. Mildred Tagtmeyer, Hughesville, and Miss Eileen Reisterer, of the home; four brothers, Arthur, Clem and Elbert, Concordia, and William, Knob Noster; two sisters, Miss Laura Reisterer, Warrensburg, and Mrs. Ryla Porter, Knob Noster; and five grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p. m. Sunday at St. Matthew's Lutheran Church in Ernestville, with the Rev. William S. Schreiner officiating. Burial will be in St. Matthew's Church Cemetery.
