William A. Hendricks, 94, Lenora, died at the Graham County Hospital Wednesday, May 22, 1974.

Funeral services will be held Friday, May 24, 2 p.m. at the Enfield-Eckhart Funeral Home in Norton. Mr Wilber J. Hedger will officate.

Mr. Hendricks was born near Lenora on February 7, 1880, the son of Silas and Mary Daykins Hendricks. He was a lifetime resident of Norton County, attended rural school District No. 30 near Lenora, and grew to manhood northwest of Lenora.

On September 20, 1906 in Norton, Kansas he was united in marriage to Flossie Stanley. Following their marriage they farmed near Lenora unti 1942 when they moved into Lenora and lived with their daughter, Mrs. Ivan Keeler.

He is survived by his wife, Flossie, now living in Hill City, one son and his wife, Myron and Lila Hendricks, rural Lenora, one daughter Allie Keeler, and husband Ivan, Lenora, one brother and wife Oscar and Lucille Hendricks, Colorado Springs, Colorado, three grand children and six great grandchildren.

He was proceeded in death by his parents, infant son, Farrell, two sisters, Linda Jensen and Margaret Stanley, and one brother, Fred Hendricks.
