Will Shafroth graduated from the University of Michigan and the University of California at Berkeley law school. He served in World War I and supervised the food distribution for the American Relief Administration. Will Shafroth returned to law practice in Denver, and then worked at the American Bar Association and later at the American Judicature Society. He was the founder of the National Conference of Bar Examiners.
