Mr. Soffe was born In Provo, November 27, 1857, but had lived most of his life in South Jordan, where he was engaged in farming and stock raising. His wife died 14 years ago.
Surviving are three sons, William R. and H. R. Soffe, South Jordan, and James C. Soffe, East Midvale; a daughter. Mrs. A. J. Sholton, South Jordan; five sisters, Mrs. Mary Shields, Garland; Mrs. Mary Ann
