Olene Jones Lohmann passed away on January 22, 2010 in Georgetown. She was born to Alex and Annie Mitchell Jones on November 27, 1927 and married to Charles (Billy) Lohman on January 1, 1948. He preceded her in death on February 19, 1993.
Olene was a great Mom, Grandma, and Great grandma. She loved to cook, grow vegetables and her flowers of many colors. She also loved her cats and fed and loved the neighbor's cats also.
She leaves behind to grieve her 3 children and spouses; Mike and Merlee Lohmann, Jerry Lohmann and Linda McDaniel, and Judy and Harry Spinner. Also 4 grandchildren; James and Jeff Lohmann, Mark and Amber Spinner, and Keith Spinner, and 1 great granddaughter, Peyton Spinner.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 25, 2010 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at The Gabriels Funeral Chapel, 393 North IH 35, Georgetown. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at 10:00AM at The Gabriels Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow at Hopewell Cemetery.
