William was the son of Othaniel and Jennie (Harned) Shaneyfelt; he married Blanche E. James/Janes. William H. Shaneyfelt, aged 29 years, of Allison died in the Brownsville General Hospital Saturday morning, September 26, 1925, at 9 o'clock from blood poisoning resulting from an injury sustained while working in the Allison mine about 10 days ago. Mr. Shaneyfelt was a son of Mrs. O. W. Shaneyfelt, his father having preceded him in death. In addition to his wife, Mrs. Blanche Janes Shaneyfelt and the following children: William, Donald, Iva May, Jesse S., Robert J., and Dorothy J., all at home, and Mrs. Robert Schrier of Pleasant Unity. He is also survived by the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. J. R. Laughrey, Mrs. Paul Steward, John L., Edward, Harry, Valetta, Hughey L., and Frank. Buried at Shady Grove.
