Mr. Clark was born in Greenville April twelfth, 1871, a son of Nelson D. and Martha VanSickle Clark.
Surviving are two daughters, Hilda, wife of Edgar Greer of Mount Vernon and Edith, wife of Frederick Purdy of Garrison; two brothers, Merland of Miami, Fla, and Emmett Clark of Newburgh; three sisters, Mrs. Etta Smith of Middletown, Mae, wife of Elmer King, also of Middletown; and Isa, wife of Nathan Deighton of Middletown; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at Hasbrouck's Chapel Thursday afternoon at two o'clock. The Rev. Merrill C. Johnson will officiate.
Burial will be in Bloomingburg Rural Cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel tomorrow evening.
