Ollie Hennington Of McCaulley Dies

HAMLIN (RNS) – Ollie T. Hennington, 74, died at 6:45 a.m. Tuesday in Williamsburg Geriatric Home in Abilene.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in McCaulley Methodist Church with the pastor, the Rev. Tommy Ewing, and the Rev. J. Weldon Butler of First Methodist Church in Borger officiating.

Burial will be in McCaulley Cemetery with Foster Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Hennington, a longtime resident of the McCaulley area, was born April 1, 1891, in Santa Anna. He married Mae Elliott April 16, 1919, at Post. He was a retired farmer, a veteran of World War I, and a member of McCaulley Methodist Church where he was a former steward, trustee and song leader.

Surviving in addition to his wife are a son, O. R. of Fort Worth; a daughter, Mrs. Paul (Emma Sue) Behning of Tulsa, Okla.; four brothers, Harvey and Albert of McCaulley, Roy of Hamlin and Arthur of Lovington, N. M.; two sisters, Ruby of McCaulley and Mrs. Ray Martin of Ropesville; and four grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Fred and Frank Kemp, J. B. Jayroe, Ray Maberry, Lewis Madden and Robert Hulsey.
