Francis "Lee" Alberg, 81, a 75-year Wenatchee area resident, passed away Thursday, January 2, 2003, at Cashmere Convalescent Center.
He was born on January 24, 1921 at Creston, Washington to Emery and Daisy Lee (Bayles) Alberg. He served as a Surgical Technician in the Army during W.W. II.
Lee operated his own farm located northwest of Entiat for many years.
He is survived by his wife, Josephine Alberg, Cashmere; one sister, Kathy Bennett, Palisades; one brother-in-law and sister-in-law Jim and Sue Martin, East Wenatchee; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Pete and James Alberg.
Private interment services will be held in the Entiat Cemetery.
Arrangements are by Telford's Chapel of the Valley, East Wenatchee.
