Mrs. Cleone Harris, 91, of Colorado City died Thursday, April II, 2002 in a local care center. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Monday In the Kiker-Seale Funeral Home Chapel with Kerry Cain
officiating. Burial followed in the Colorado City Cemetery under the direction of Kiker-Seale Funeral Home.
Mrs. Harris was born to Miles and Martha Curry in Mitchell County on December 28, 1910. She married Glenn Harris on May 24, 1925 in Colorado City. He preceded her in death on June 16, 1986 after 61 years of marriage. She was a member of the 22nd and Austin Street Church of Christ and a lifelong Mitchell County resident.
Survivors include one son, Miles Leron Harris of Colorado City, one daughter, Marcy Carroll of South Fork, Colorado, and two granddaughters, Martha Harris and Flame Harris, both of Odessa.
She was also preceded in death by a son, Darrel Edward Harris in 2001.
