William's parents were Louis Richard Gregory and Susan Ann Scarbrough.

Alamo, Tennessee - funeral services for Will Henry Gregory will be today at 2:30 pm at the Bethel Baptist church with Rev Walter Sapin and Rev Keith Wooster officiating.
Burial will be in the Gregory cemetery near Humboldt with the Ronk Funeral Home in charge.

Mr. Gregory died about 5 pm Friday at Colonial Nursing Home in Jackson. He was a native of Madison County,a retired carpenter and member of the Baptist church.William and his wife Lillian donated land for a church to be built and is named in their honor as the Gregorys Chapel Assembly of God Church in Humboldt,Tn.
Surviving are three sons Homer Gregory of Jackson, Clyde Gregory and Paul Gregory both of Humboldt and four daughters, Mrs. Henry Fenner Heglar, Mrs. Woodrow Blurton and Mrs. Lucy Burrow all of Humboldt and Mrs. Andrew Trimmer of Bruceton.

*Note - In the 1900 census for Madison,Tn,dist 10 it shows William living with his parents as a grocer merchant,age 24 and a widow..He married Lillian in 1901 and she may be his 2nd wife.
