Arthur H. Arnsparger, 74, retired farmer, Pleasureville, died at 10 a.m. Sunday at a hospital in Newport.

He is survived by his wife: Mrs. Nancy Garvey Arnsparger; one daughter: Miss Martha Arnsparger, Newport; five sons: Carlton and Kenneth Arnsparger, Eminence, Jewett Arnsparger, Lexington, Winfred Arnsparger, Newport and Cornell Arnsparger, Covington; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild and two sisters: Mrs. J. W. Kephart and Miss Lizzie Arnsparger, Pleasureville.

Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Thomas Funeral Home, Pleasureville. Rev. Joe W. Aspley officiated. Burial was in the Pleasureville Cemetery.

Garvey - Arnsparger Wedding

Announcement has just been made here of the marriage of Miss Nancy Garvey and Mr. Arthur Arnsparger. The wedding took place at the home of the bride's mother at North Pleasureville on Thursday afternoon, the ceremony being performed by the Rev. George C. Waggoner, pastor of the Christian church of that city.

The bride is a recent graduate of the Kentucky Female Orphan School of this city, and during her "school days" here made many warm friends on account of her gracious manner and sweet disposition. Since her graduation she has been teaching in Henry County. The bridegroom is a well known and successful young farmer of Henry County and is a young man of splendid character and ability. They will make their home near Pleasureville.
