Marcus was born in Marshall, Arkansas on September 29, 1913. He was 92 years old. He was an Attorney for 55 years. Marcus was a member of the Society of Former F.B.I. Agents. He was nationally known as an Anti-Trust Lawyer. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
