"Ezra W. Bingham, one of the oldest and best known residents of Ellsworth township, died Tuesday evening of kidney trouble, complicated with other ailments. Deceased was born in the house where he died May 27, 1830, consequently had passed his 79th birthday. All his life he was a farmer and stockman, having for many years been a breeder of fine sheep. He is survived by two children, Mrs. J. B. Seay of Kentucky, and L. B. Bingham with whom the deceased made his home. He also leaves four sisters, Mrs. A. B. Coe of Cleveland, Mrs. Paltha Smith of Yellow Springs, O., Mrs. O. P. Fobes of Lindenville, and Mrs. Josiah Beardsley of Wisconsin. Funeral services, conducted by Rev. Wm. Dickson of Canfield, will be held from the family residence Friday at 10 am. Interment in the Ellsworth cemetery."
