Nancy was born in Kentucky the daughter of Adam Allen and Mary "Polly" Bradley and the granddaughter of James Bradley and Elizabeth Howard. On March 1, 1874 she married Russell Wireman the son of Jacob Wireman and Susan Sizemore and the grandson of John and Rebecca (Carpenter)Wireman, George "Goldenhawk" Sizemore and Sarah "Sally" Anderson. Their children are; Mary (Wireman) Stephens, Martha (Wireman) Howard, Lottie Wireman and Jim Wireman.
