_____________
Newpaper has many mistakes: She was not born in Georgia according to the 1860 census in Texas.
She was born in 1859 not 1849 as the paper read. There is still some disagreement about her middle name. Her father's mother was Elizabeth so the name could have been passed down to her has her sister was named after her mother. If you have proof of her name being Emaline, please pass it along.
