Graveside services were held at 10 a.m. Monday in Centuries Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev. Rodney Duron, pastor of First Assembly of God Church, officiating.
Mr. Sholars is survived by his widow, Mrs. Sara Sholars of Shreveport; five sisters, Mrs. Blanche Autrey of Texarkana, Tex., Mrs. Madge Wisdom of Baton Rouge, Mrs. Evelyn Davis of Ruston, Mrs. Floriene Rodgerson of Longview, Tex., and Mrs. Mildred Otwell of Wilmot, Ark.; and a granddaughter, Rachael Green of Shreveport.
Pallbearers included C. R. Gilbert, M. H. Tipton, Jack Durham, Denzil M. Bell, Leo Hogan.
