Paul David Blankenship, 64, of Rt. 3, Town Creek died Monday at 11:35 a.m. at the Colbert County Hospital.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Union Hill Baptist Church in Hatton with Rev. James Hood and Rev. Silas Lang officiating. Burial will be in Union Hill Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Carrie Blankenship; two sons, Hubert and D.C. Blankenship, both of Rt. 3, Town Creek; four daughters, Mrs. Myrtie Terry, Chicago, Mrs. Julia Smith, Town Creek Rt. 3, Mrs. Edith Coleman, Russellville, Mrs. Reba McNairy, Chicago; one brother, Andrew Blankenship, Moulton; three sisters, Mrs. Della Henson, Mr. Hope; Mrs. Etta Borden, Spruce Pine; Mrs. Jesse LuAllen, Moulton; and six grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be members of Masonic Lodge No. 879 of Hatton.

The body will be at the residence untime for services.

Brown Service of Tuscumbia is in charge of arrangements.
