Mrs. Harriett L. Trull, wife of Mr. D. C. Trull, died at her home in Matthews July 4th of pneumonia. She was a daughter of Mr. Pleasant Benton of this county and was 66 years old. She was married in 1866, and is survived by six sons and three daughters. The daughters are Mrs. J. W. Griffin, Mrs. Frank Yandle and Miss Bessie Trull. The sons are Messrs. W. H. Trull, C. B. Trull, J. M. Trull, J. F. Trull, J. B. Trull, and H. B. Trull. Mrs. Trull was a faithful member of the Baptist church and an excellent woman. The remains were buried at the Williams cemetery.
