Greenview, Sept. 9. - Mrs. Berry Woodrum, of Pittsfield, and her two sons are patients at St. John's hospital in Springfield, suffering from polio. The family previously resided in Greenview.
Richard, 8, was admitted to the hospital on Sept. 2 after becoming ill at his home. His brother, David, 12, and Mrs. Woodrum were admitted Sunday. There are no other children in the family.
Mrs. Woodrum is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Elton D. Ennis of Greenview.
Mr. Woodrum is district manager for the Standard Oil Co. at Pittsfield.

Mrs. Wardella Woodrum, 33, of Pittsfield, a mother of two sons both suffering from polio, died of polio herself at 2:15 a.m. yesterday at St. John's hospital.
Mrs. Woodrum was admitted to the hospital last Sunday along with her 12-year-old son, David, after their illness was diagnosed as polio. Another son, Richard, 8, was admitted to the contagion ward as a polio patient Sept. 2.
Surviving are her husband, Berry; two sons, David and Richard; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Elton D. Ennis, of Greenview; grandparents, Mrs. Anna Ennis and Henry Bradley, both of Greenview; and one sister, Mrs. T.O. Clementsen [sic], of Minneapolis, Minn.
Remains were removed to the Ennis Funeral home, Greenview.
Funeral services will be at Ennis funeral home, Greenview.
Burial will be in Elmwood cemetery, Greenview.
