Josie Leora Mcanally, 69, died december 2, 1984, at her home in Ulysses, Kansas.
Born Josie Leorn Jones, June 29, 1915, in Harold, Texas to W. J. and Jane Jones.
She married Jesse Lee McAnally in Seymour, Texas, in 1934.
She moved to Ulysses from Artesia, New Mexico in 1944. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church of Ulysses for about 20 years.
Survivors include four sons, Lawrence "Bud" McAnally, Donnie McAnally, both of Ulysses, Harold McAnally, and Bobby McAnally, Anderson, MO., Four brothers, Ben Jones, and Virgil Jones both of Seymour, Texas, Jack Jones and Burl Jones of Artesia, New Mexico. Eleven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral was at 2 p.m. Wednesday December 5, 1984, at the First Assembly of God Church in Ulysses with the Leon Brodrick officiating.
Burial was in the Ulysses Cemetery.
