Ruben Bryan Morse, 85, a resident of Weiser since 1914, died Saturday night at a Weiser hospital.
He was born Jan. 23, 1872, at Yale, Iowa. He married Annabelle Culver at Yale in 1899, and the couple farmed near Yale until 1906, when they moved to Palisade, Colo., to operate a fruit orchard.
They moved to Weiser in 1914, where Mr. Morse, with his partner, C. E. Pratt, operated a Ford, Dodge and Buick auto agency. He retired in 1932.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Northam-Jones chapel. Interment will be at Hillcrest.
