Elsie Pearl Cutshaw, 90, of Parkersburg, formerly of Marietta, died June 1, 2005 at St. Joseph's Hospital. She was born August 19, 1914 in Zanesville, OH a daughter of the late H. and Anna Hoskinson Needs.

She was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church where she was a deaconess and member of the board of missions. She was formerly a member of First Baptist Church in Marietta, attending the Win One Class. She was a former resident at the Colonial House, where she made many new friends, and the Inn at Marietta. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She is survived by two daughters Bonnie Arlene Cutshaw of Parkersburg, Shirley A. Huffman and husband Ed of Parkersburg; two grandchildren James Vernon Huffman and wife Julie of Fort Wayne, IN, Julie A. Huffman of Winder, GA; three great grandchildren James Cole, Grant Edward and Willow McKenzie Huffman all of Fort Wayne, IN and niece Lois Marvin of MI.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Darrell Vernon Cutshaw and infant brother Harold Needs.

Services will be Monday 11:00 AM at Emmanuel Baptist Church with Dr. Kurt Busiek officiating.

Burial will follow at Eastlawn Cemetery at the convenience of the family.

Visitation will be Sunday 1-4 & 6-8 pm at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg.
