"Mrs. Belle Ford Sep. 25, 1969
Funeral services were held yesterday, Wednesday, in the First Baptist Church of Marionville for Mrs. Belle Ford who died in Kansas City where she had lived for many years. Mrs. Ford was also a longtime resident of Marionville. There were no known local survivors. Burial was in the IOOF Cemetery."
"Mrs. Bell Ford, 84, of 5707 North Compton, died yesterday at the Osteopathic hospital. She was born in Rome, Mo. and had lived in Kansas City 30 years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Marionville, Mo. Mrs. Ford leaves 10 sons. Cecil Ford, 5425 N.E. Munger Rd, Charles Ford, 15 N. E. Whittier, Thurman Ford, 2022 N. W. 49th, Auzy Ford, 1703 N. E. 73rd Terrace, Cleo Ford, 2860 N. E. 46th, Glenn Ford 1502 N. E. 56th Terrace, Carl Ford, 451 E. Longfellow, Claycomo, John Ford, 6400 N. Strathbury, Wilford Ford and Garland Ford both of Plattsburg; two daughters, Mrs. Helen McNabb, 5019 N. E.; 45th Terrace, and Mrs. Gertie Herndon, Mt. Vernon, Mo; a brother, Bill Jennings, Taneyville, Mo; a sister, Mrs. Mollie Wright, Rueter, Mo: 36 grandchildren, and 39 great grandchildren. Services will be at 1 o'clock Wednesday, at the First Baptist Church in Marionville,; burial in Marionville cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 o'clock tonight at the Blue Ridge Christian chapel.
