Jackson P. Morgan Jr., age 54, of 4361 Whitmire Highway, died Thursday, Dec. 18, 2003, at his home.
He was born in Clinton, and was the son of Etta McGaha Morgan, of the home, and the late Jackson Pink Morgan Sr.
Mr. Morgan was an employee of Norbord Inc. and was a member of Shady Grove Presbyterian Church and M.E.N.S.A.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by two sons, Daniel Luther Morgan, of the home, and Michael Scott Morgan, of Waterloo; a daughter, Angela Joyce Edwards, of Enoree; two sisters, Patsy Morgan Howard, of Greer, and Shirley Morgan Breuer, of Joanna; four grandchildren, Amanda Lynn Morgan, Cherri Angela Edwards, Tony Ramon Edwards Jr. and Shannon Brook Morgan; and a special friend, Linda Mallin, of Atlanta, Ga.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 11 a.m. at Shady Grove Presbyterian Church, with interment at Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Piedmont, 408 W. Alexander Ave., Greenwood, SC 29646.
