Jessie B. Bell, 78 12115 45th Ave. W. Cortez died Wednesday August 8, 1919 at Blake Memorial Hospital.
Born in Cortez she was a member of a pioneer family of Cortez. She was owner of the A.P. Bell Fish Company.
She leaves a daughter Bettie B. Schultz of Bradenton; five sons, Walter T. Bell, Jesse N. Bell, Calvin E. Bell, Chester E. Bell, and C. Doug Bell all of Cortez; four sisters, Susie Guthrie, Viola Johns and Ella Fulford all of Cortez and Myrtle Turner of Mulberry and nine grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 2-4 and 7-9 pm today at the Griffith-Cline Cortez Road Chapel.
Funeral services will be at 2 pm Saturday at the Chapel, Memorial Park.
