Born Sept. 19, 1918, in Cain's Store, she was a daughter of the late Oscar and Lottie Garner Brown.
Survivors include two sons, Paul Cocanougher of Marietta, Ga., and Clifford H. Cocanougher of Danville; a daughter, Linda Hadden of Greenwich, Conn.; and three sisters, Evelyn Perry of San Antonio, Texas, Elsie Jasper of Lexington and Bernice Herron of Inverness, Fla.
She was predeceased by a son, Robert Cocanougher.
Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Ramsey Funeral Home. Burial will be in Camp Nelson National Cemetery.
