Funeral services for Miss Helen Marie Funck, 23, daughter of Rev. and Mrs. Henry Funck, north of El Reno, Okla., who died Nov. 8 in Wichita, Kan., were conducted Nov. 12 at the Mennonite church at Geary, Okla., with Rev. Henry Hege of Corn officiating. Burial was made in the Geary cemetery.
Miss Funck had been ill for a short time of pneumonia. She was born Nov. 21, 1921, at Geary, and had been baptized by her father into the Bethel Mennonite church, of which she was a member at Hydro until 1934. She became a member of the Mennoville church north of El Reno when her father became the pastor there.
Survivors include her parents, of the home north of El Reno; five brothers, Dale, Harold and Paul, of Geary, and Earl, who is serving overseas with the armed forces; and a sister, Mrs. Verna Halkington, Hydro.
