MILTON, Fla. - Wanzie Maroone, 58, died Saturday, Dec. 23, 2000.
She was a native of Crystal Springs, Miss., resided in Milton and was employed at the Wal-Mart there.
Survivors include three sons, Clay Maroone of Fort Worth, Texas, and Dale and Bo Maroone, both of Milton; a daughter, Pam Maroone, Pea Ridge, Fla.; a brother, H.D. Barfield, Terry, Miss.; two sisters, Elizabeth Sandifer of Springfield and Donna Mobley of Plant City, Fla.; six grandchildren.
Her parents, Homer D. and Zelma Barfield, preceded her in death, as did a brother, Billy Barfield.
Mack Busbee and the Rev. Ron Carnley conducted the funeral this afternoon at Donnie Sowell Funeral Home, Milton, and burial was in Memory Park Cemetery.
