Hackberry - Funeral services for Alvin "Tinee" John Bonsall, Sr., 82, will be at 10 am. today, March 27 from St. Peter Catholic Church.
The Rev. Eugene McKenna will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery under direction of Hixon Funeral Home in Sulphur.
Visitation began at 4 p.m. Monday at the church and a rosary was said at 7 p.m.
Mr. Bonsall died at 6:45 p.m. Sunday in his residence.
He was a native of Cameron and retired from Pan American Oil Co. 25 years ago. He was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church.
Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Inez Theriot Bonsall; one son, Alvin John Bonsall, Jr. ; one daughter, Mrs. Bill (Patricia) Little, both of Hackberry; one half-sister, Edith Alexander and one step-sister, Joyce Murphy, both of Cameron.
