Mrs. Coursey was a native of Warren County, GA but lived in Stone Mountain, GA before moving to Thomson, GA a few years ago. Mrs. Coursey was retired from Tingue-Brown and was a member of Allgood United Methodist Church.
Survivors include nieces, Helen Tyson, Thomson, GA, Cecile Carpenter, Thomson, GA and Allene Callaway, Union Point, GA; nephews, Terry Tyson, McDonough, GA and Walter Tyson, Salt Lake City, Utah; step-daughter, Patsy Long-Houston, TX.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 PM Friday at the funeral home.
