Son of Henry Savoldy and Mary Catherine Molloy. Husband of Mary Ann McFee. Played Piccolo and served in the Military (Eighth Infantry 1871 - 1873) as Musician.

Mary E. Savoldy buried Jan 28 1922 age 60
Mary Savoldy buried March 26, 1924 age 14
Nicholas Savaldy buried August 13, 1938 age 82

The headstone inscription is curious since the reference person(s) Mathew Thomas Savoldy b.1884 and Gertrude Alexander b.1891 are buried in St. Charles cemetery in Farmingdale and not here. (Mary Ann is Mathew's mother and Mary F. was Mathew and Gertrude's daughter). Since Nicholas was the last to die, he wasn't mentioned on the headstone. Also the age for Mary Ann on the headstone agrees more closely with her death record (62).
