Graveside services for Richard Lee Noblit, 39, of Vale, who died of natural causes on February 20, 1982 in an Ontario hospital, will be conducted at 2 p.m. today in Valley View Cemetery by Rev. Don Taylor. He was born on September 20, 1942 in Junction City. He moved to Vale in 1959. He married Carol Waldo on November 3, 1980 in Winnemucca, Nevada. He is survived by his wife, Carol, of the home; four daughters, Brandy Noblit and Dusty Noblit, both of Ontario, Katrina Noblit of Boise, Idaho, and LaVinica Noblit of Baker; four sons, Nick Noblit, Richard T. Noblit, James Noblit, and Jerry Noblit, all of Portland; a brother, Eugene Noblit of Burley, Idaho; a sister, Delores Kelley of Veneta; step-father, Tom Cagle; step-brothers, Roy Cagle, Benny Cagle, and Jimmy Cagle; and four grandchildren.
