She was born in Louisiana, raised in Beaumont, Texas, relocated with her family to Farmington, New Mexico for 10 years, then moved back to Nederland, Texas in 1989.
Survived by her husband of forty four years, Michael Wayne "Mickey" Riley, her two children Wayne Riley, wife Cheri and daughter Kari Riley; grandchildren Matthew Riley, Kristin Riley, Joshua Riley; niece Denise Havard, husband Argene; nephew Darrel Berwick, wife Patricia, Johnny Brown and Dale Brown, wife Julie; three step-grandchildren Kaylee, Karson and Keaton Dean; her sister Jean Jones and husband Wes.
