Son of Alanson & Eva Albro, former President of Coventry Town Council, fraternalist, dairy farmer, lumberman and one-time motorman on the electric cars. Husband of Clara Brant (married Jan. 25, 1902). He retired from dairy farming in 1945 after 40 years in that field. He was a member of the Quidnick Baptist Church, Manchester Lodge of Masons of Anthony, Kent County Pomona Grange and Pawtuxet Valley Old Timers' Association. He also at one time was deputy forest fire warden for Kent County and member of the Electric Carmen's Association. He was on the staff of electric car motormen out of the old Clyde carbarn. Survived by sister Mildred Parker, brothers, West Greenwich Police Chief James G. Albro, former West Greenwich Deputy Sheriff Thurston Albro and John I. Albro of New Port Richey, FL, five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Father of Wilfred P. 9-25-1902, Barbara Capwell Albro 12-18-1913.Dexter B Albro |, 77, formerly of the USA.
