Age 70, passed away on Monday, May 19, 2008. Jane was the daughter of Ernest and Leta Warner of Rice Hill, Oregon. Jane is survived by her sons, Steve and Mark Frakes; granddaughter, Trista Frakes and brother, Paul Allen. Jane was born on May 11, 1938, in the family home at Rice Hill. She graduated from Yoncalla High School and attended Southern Oregon State College. Jane married and raised her family in Roseburg, Oregon. She worked for Sunrise Enterprises and recently was employed by Mercy Medical Center. In the early 80's she was involved with high school volleyball as a referee and commissioner. She also served on the Douglas County Solid Waste Advisory Committee from 1987-2007. Jane enjoyed her family and was a devoted mother and grandmother. She enjoyed collectables, yard work, and camping. A graveside service will be held on June 22, 2008 at 3 p.m. at Applegate Cemetery in Yoncalla.
