Between 1896 and 1910, Horace and Anna had eight children: Nellie, Frederick, Wilbur, Charles, Orville, Eunice, William, and Theodore.
At some point after 1920, but before 1927, Horace moved his family to Oregon, to either McMinnville or Portland. Horace died on the 18 September 1927 at E. St. Hospital in McMinnville from exhaustion, which was a complication from a bone plate operation following a fracture of his left femur.
