Foltz and Edith Strole Foltz. He was a farmer and a member of Morning Star Lutheran Church. On Nov. 25, 1937, he married Elva Elizabeth Musselman, who survives. He is also survived by a son, Robert A. Foltz of Catharpin; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. The Rev. Jeffrey D. Marble will conduct the funeral 11 a.m. today at Morning Star Lutheran Church. Burial will be at Morning Star Lutheran Cemetery in Luray.
