Mrs. Jessie Gunn, 77, died yesterday morning in the Ranger Hospital in Hallettsville after an illness of several months.
A lifetime resident of the Thompsonville community she is survived by two sons, Carroll Gunn, Waelder, and Raymond Gunn of Houston; one sister, Mrs. McCall of Elgin; three brothers, J. F. Robinson, a twin to Mrs. Gunn; A. T. Robinson, and three grandchildren. Her husband, D. H. Gunn, preceded her in death several years ago.
Services will be held at the Thompsonville Methodist church Wednesday afternoon at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Philip Riley in charge. Burial will follow in the Thompsonville Cemetery.
