He passed away at Forsyth Medical Center, Winston-Salem, NC. He was born October 23, 1924, in Rockingham County, to the late Coy Horace and Ora Sigmon Bolick. Mr. Bolick was a veteran of the U.S. Army 17th Division Company A, 513 Regiment Airborne and proudly served his country during World War II in the Battle of the Bulge, where he received a purple heart, and bronze star. He retired from Sara Lee and Cori-Lam Fabricating. Mr. Bolick was of the Baptist faith and was a woodworker.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Bolick was preceded in death by a brother, Perry Bolick.

He was the husband of Wilma Thompson Bolick.
