RITES WILL BE HELD MONDAY
Final rites for Rev. Buck Merriman, 77, will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at
Bellview church. Interment will be in the adjoining cemetery, Browns
directing.
The funeral cortege will leave the home of a daughter, Mrs. J.P. Puckett,
Danville 3 at 12:45 p.m.
Rev. Merriman died Saturday at 6:15 a.m. at his residence, Decatur 3. The
deceased moved to his home from Springfield, Mo.
Surviving are the widow: three daughters, Mrs. John H. Smith of Decatur 3; Mrs.
J.P. Puckett of Danville 3; and Miss A.D. Merriman of Hartselle 4; two sons,
B.H. and Curtis Harris Merriman, both of Decatur 3; eight grandchildren and a
number of other relatives.
